A rare early 18th Century walnut-cased Stick Barometer; the moulded, arched hood over
engraved, silvered brass register plates, inscribed with typical weather notations and bearing sickle slide. The trunk with moulded edges, and with concealed barometer tube terminating within turned cistern cover, typical of the period.
